Managers are certainly humans with a lot of self confidence!! Every time L**ds get a new manager they all think they can turn them around, they can all work with Massimo and they all think that with L**ds have some good history means they are ready for the leap back to the Prem. So far in just over 2 years, 7 of them have tried and all have failed!!! Long may that remain the case!!

The bookies have got Leeds as one of the favourites for relegation. Can't see this appointment changing that.

I think Monk is a decent manager who got shafted a bit at Swansea, but this really is the poison chalice of the football management world!!

You have to assume with the history Leeds have with managers the contract of employment will have a huge compensation clause in it.
Maybe managers go there because they know it will be a short and profitable.
