hales batted well, restrained himself and played the conditions, deserves to go onto 100. he will have chance in the future to go and play expansive and aggressive like david warner etc.
compton must be feeling a lot more heat, theres going to be more of a claim for a younger individual to come in and take his place, it might be roy and see vince move quickly up to 3 or it could be moeen and get rashid in down at 8
