Stokesy trying to ensure he gets a game on Sunday? Nothing like a bit of praise to boost your chances of being in the Hibs line up! Alan Stubbs has consistently commented that he has not won anything with Hibs as a manager. So he still has a lot to prove. As for ending up at Celtic? I think that's mere speculation and it's likely Stokes won't be at Celtic Park anyway esp after all his shenanigans in the past 12 months.

Wish he would concentrate on sunday's game instead of trying to talk the manager into the celtic job.
We get that he's no been match fit,but a lot of that has been down to him acting the dick with deila. Sunday is a great chance for him to prove his quality, here's hoping he takes it.

Spot on Jim. Sunday may be the biggest stage he will be on this season to showcase his talents, so lets hope he uses the time wisely and helps inspire Hibs to a win.

Noticed how well he played v us in 2013.
A similar performance v the staggies would be great. But stokesy has to be well managed. His recent comments suggest he thinks deila isn't worthy of respect.
