SIX NATIONS PROPER RUGBY - Imre varadi - 05-02-2016

Tomorrow starts the 6 nations ive put this thread up for me and consilio to natter about as nobody else understands it nor likes it Huh ( Confused f-ucking wierdos )

Im looking forward to seeing if Eddie is up to the job ? and after that WC disaster it will be nice to shuve a few comments back down the throats of the Welsh Thumb up

I dont think there will me much change in the style of play as Eddie has picked basically the same squad with a different captain ( thank god Bobert was the worst England captain ive ever seen ) and like any manager he will be very cautious in starting from scratch as the players or the coaching staff having had time to educate pork so to speak Doh

I think we will do better than the WC although thats not hard is it Doh but the Irish if they have the key players fit will be too strong for us and im saying they will win the the tournement again but not the Grand slam ? i just cant see us getting enough points on the board against the rest as Ireland will Thumb down

Anyway first fixture is ours to lose as Scotland whatever anyone thinks are very small weak and that Game against Australia was more of a case of the ozzies relaxing to much Whistle

Heres the fixture list http://www.bbc.com/sport/rugby-union/six-nations/fixtures

Enjoy Whistle

RE: SIX NATIONS PROPER RUGBY - Statesideowl - 05-02-2016

I used to be into it up until early 2000's when I moved out here, didn't see much of it or keep up with it. Used to play it back in school though. Second row.

Funnily enough I've a yank friend that loves Rugby, he barrages me about it every time we finally get together and I keep telling him I'm not up on current events, all know is the French have always been dirty barstewards Laugh

Will have a gander if theres anything on mate

Used to love the Six Nations, best Rugby tournament there is. I'm glad you put a thread up because it gets no coverage over here so I always forget it is on!! Even the Rugby WC was on PPV tv over here!! Doh

RE: SIX NATIONS PROPER RUGBY - consilio - 05-02-2016

At least we get an easy start and chance to stick it up the Jocks.

I meant to vote for Eng to win on the pole but my fat sausage fingers fucked up.

We will have got rid of the soft under belly with the big Aussie in charge.

RE: SIX NATIONS PROPER RUGBY - Maddix - 05-02-2016

RE: SIX NATIONS PROPER RUGBY - Towinjustonce - 05-02-2016

Don't think Ireland will do it, the Argies hammered them at the WC. The Welsh fookers will be there or thereabouts thou. Im expecting at backlash from England which should see them do it.

RE: SIX NATIONS PROPER RUGBY - Imre varadi - 05-02-2016

The Argies got lucky as Ireland lost 3 key crucial players for that game !!

RE: SIX NATIONS PROPER RUGBY - Maddix - 05-02-2016

I might even watch tomorrow ...... if the cricket has finished Cool

RE: SIX NATIONS PROPER RUGBY - Towinjustonce - 05-02-2016

I hear what your saying Imre, I think thou even if Ireland had there 3 players the Argies would have won. They had serious pace out wide. Don't know what the final score was but they won by a bit. Think those 3 players may still be out for Ireland to.

Should be a very close 6 nations this year, expect some serious collisions
