If we lose the next 3 should Pulis be sacked? - RainbowTurnedEastStand - 28-01-2016 Iam voting yes especially if the football doesn't improve. RE: If we lose the next 3 should Pulis be sacked? - 4evaabaggie - 28-01-2016 Wrong time to start changing head coaches ...... We are on course for forty points, yes football is a little up and down, more down the last few games but we have injuries and a small squad. Bring in a play maker and try hitting the onion bag. Play like early jan, stay up, then review the progress as a whole. It's a no from me ......... right now. RE: If we lose the next 3 should Pulis be sacked? - RainbowTurnedEastStand - 28-01-2016 Certainly hasn't done Swansea any harm bringing in a new manager. I think losing Morrison for 2 months is massive as he`s the only player we have who can create something. I watch us and we`ve relegation written all over us ,McClean and Rondon will cost us in the end as its like playing with 9 men every week. RE: If we lose the next 3 should Pulis be sacked? - BaggieMan - 28-01-2016 Why is the poll showing only two people voted when from the posts it is obvious three have voted. Is this the same pollsters who were involved with the flawed General Election polls? ![]() RE: If we lose the next 3 should Pulis be sacked? - Squirrel Regis - 28-01-2016 I will say no as Everton and Newcastle away gonna be tough. If he was sacked who would we get in ? Must say I am very impressed with the blues boss Rowett but obviously untested at the highest level. Brendon Rogers I also like but not sure he would come. Give TP to end of the season and re assess the situation. RE: If we lose the next 3 should Pulis be sacked? - Dingle-Dingle - 28-01-2016 Irrelevant question. DD ![]() ![]() RE: If we lose the next 3 should Pulis be sacked? - devwakey - 28-01-2016 DEFINITELY NOT!!! I dont see what the guy has done wrong to be honest, Yes the football isnt Barcelona but christ, sacking a manager that saved us last year and has set us up as a hard to beat team this year. Beats Arsenal Draws away at Chelsea Draws away at Liverpool One draw to Villa, regardless of them being a local derby, any team can have a wobble on match day and now all of a sudden it's shall we get rid? Where's the patience gone? RE: If we lose the next 3 should Pulis be sacked? - tidy - 28-01-2016 What happens if Pulis wins the next 3?? RE: If we lose the next 3 should Pulis be sacked? - Beefy 1965 - 28-01-2016 No not yet.......... Lets see how things pan out at the end of the season ! I think people's opinions are formed on more than just the result and performance against Villa though, as we've seen a few games now that have been below the standard we'd expect of an Albion side. Palace, Swansea & Southampton away games, plus Southampton and Villa at home have all been wretched performances in my opinion, plus the treatment of certain signings such as James Chester in particular have all contributed to people wanting the manager out. Personally I think it's scandalous to sign the lad for £8m, play him out of position and then bomb him out of the team. That said, I've voted no on the poll and stand by my opinion that it'd be pointless to sack him part way through the season and also he hasn't let a bad run fester since he's been here so I don't think we'll lose the next 3. However, I would bloody well hope we are already beginning the process of talking to potential replacements as we need to be prepared to bring a manager in with more ambition than Pulis shows. His brief when he got the job I'm sure would have been to keep us up and he's on track to do that for the second time now. I can't say I was confident that Mel or Irvine would have achieved that, so for that Pulis has done a good job for us and gotten some very good results along the way, but for me he is not a good fit at the Albion and we deserve better. Hopefully this doesn't sound like negativity or doom and gloom, just my feelings at the moment with how things are going for us. |
