To be fair he didn't achieve what he was brought in to do, avoid relegation last season, so he was lucky to keep his job through to this season. He will be back though, I think he has the potential to be a good manager, just has to find the right job and that is maybe not in the premiership or even the championship, maybe League one is where he needs to go to prove himself.
