You were getting a lot of stick for the apparent £52 for away fans in certain games next season, are you directors taking the urine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE: £52 - Southeyowl - 16-07-2015

That's the price for home fans on the South on pay on the day!

If its Weeds and Uddersfield nobs complaining, we don't give a FECK! we don't want em at Hillsborough anyway!

On a serious note though, yes its been discussed on other threads about the prices for certain games being extortionate!

To be fair, I doubt we will see any A* games this season and will see more of the categories below that.  When Preston come I think your tickets will be between 30 and 35 quide each, probably not much different to quite a lot fothe championship grounds.

Being a senior hopefully it will be less

I couldn't honestly tell you if the concessions are offered to away fans or not.  There are reduced prices for kids, students, seniors and military personnel for home tickets but no away ticket prices have been announced yet.

When did Wednesday join the Premier League and move to London?  Huh

Yesterday apparently!!!

As I said and to be fair, I think most games will be in the 30 - 35 range, not the highest price of 52.  That is still a jump from last season but only by a few quid and if the new owners have ambitions to get to the PL in two years they expect the fans to stump up some of the cost and enjoy the ride.  I also think this has been done to enable us to stay in range of the FFP rules while we buy a few higher prices, better quality players to try to get to the PL.

Let's hope no away fans turn up then.
