What about Chelsea`s quota of Homegrown players? They produce some good talent and sell it all off
Really feel sorry in a way for McEachran as a very decent player who could make the top level (although dislodging Chelsea`s star studded Midfield wouldve been nigh impossible)

Brentford have signed Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachran on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old made 22 appearances in all competitions for the reigning Premier League champions but the last of those came in the 2011-12 season before a series of loan moves.
McEachran spent time with Swansea that season and also had loan spells with Middlesbrough, Watford, Wigan Athletic and most recently Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem

I am sure there have been some but for all the applause Chelsea's academy gets very few, if any, have made it though to the first team!! They seem to snap up the youngsters early but not bring them through!!

Ryan Bertrand, Scott Sinclair never really got a sniff, do we really believe Patrick Bamford is going to get a chance rather than Falcao, Costa , Remy etc?
