THE big derby match of the Scottish season will be on 2nd January at Easter Road and we will be returning to the Scottish Premier League next summer. There's nothing to beat the power of positive thinking, so we must be more positive in everything we do than the other teams. It might prove that this will be the season to prove that the Championship will be much more competitive than the Premiership, as there are probably six teams who are capable of winning the title. RE: Hibs 2015/16 League Fixtures - SUNSHINE ON LEITH - 19-06-2015 Quite happy with the start could ve been slightly harder but first 2 games will keep big Stubbs quietly confident of a decent start before we go to Ibronx. For the first head to head with rangers would it be to much to say 9 points from the first 3 games would be a decent target. GGTTH RE: Hibs 2015/16 League Fixtures - Amelia Chaffinch - 20-06-2015 Which new fixtures are you looking forward to seeing the most? RE: Hibs 2015/16 League Fixtures - HerefordBull - 20-06-2015 First month may well define the season as it did last year with HMFC. A good start including beating Sevco would build the confidence to continue for the whole year.....however a poor start ......... ![]() ![]() Lets hope for the former ![]() GGTTH RE: Hibs 2015/16 League Fixtures - SUNSHINE ON LEITH - 20-06-2015 (20-06-2015, 00:49)Amelia Chaffinch Wrote: Which new fixtures are you looking forward to seeing the most? Amelia that's easy the fixture I'm looking to seeing the most is the one we WIN THE CHAMPIONSHIP GGTTH RE: Hibs 2015/16 League Fixtures - Amelia Chaffinch - 20-06-2015 I was thinking more of the teams that have come up but good answer. RE: Hibs 2015/16 League Fixtures - ritchiebaby - 20-06-2015 I think the team that has come down will be the tastiest game. It's far too early to say for definite, but that could be a right blood and thunder battle. RE: Hibs 2015/16 League Fixtures - hfcbounce - 21-06-2015 There could be a lot of decent games to watch this season as Ritchie says St Mirren will be up for the fight along wi rangers Falkirk qos but hopefully we will continue with last seasons form a couple of new players in one or two leaving maybe one or two still to come in. The good thing is we are in a much better place than last season cmon the hibs Ggtth RE: Hibs 2015/16 League Fixtures - 0762 - 22-06-2015 However there is also a huge number of uninspiring fixtures and that will be reflected in the number of STs that are purchased by Hibs fans for next season, particularly at the same high prices that the club has set again. Lots of Hibs fans will not buy into a second season in the Championship! I hope Hibs hit the ground running and win match after match after match in an early unbeaten run but they sustain this form with no let up. That positive form will hopefully attract more Hibs fans through pay at the gates and increase the club's revenue intake. RE: Hibs 2015/16 League Fixtures - SUNSHINE ON LEITH - 23-06-2015 Your correct 0762 there will be a lot of uninspiring games but trying to make a positive out of a negative the last season we toiled against some of the lesser teams surely this season we should be beating these teams with Keetings signed up he's a proven scorer in this league. So looking at the bigger picture if we can beat these teams pick up more points which means we will climb the league and maintain pressure on our rivals if we can do this as you rightly say ST tickets might not sell but the walk up fans will come back and support the team which is good for the Managers plans to strengthen the squad when he can. And as Wattie keeps saying hopefully we can be playing in front of crowds around the 12,000 mark we all no the support is there we just need them to see the team doing well and get them back. GGTTH |
