We are wrong about Pulis' refusal to play established full backs. In last night's Birmingham Senior Cup game we started with 5 - Poco, Wisdom, Gamboa, Davidson and Garmston - presumably 2 of them played as central defenders so I'm not sure how that helps to get them ready for the Premier League (unless of course they have no chance of ever playing in the first team but that's just me being too cynical).
