He's had attitude problems at more than one club and in any other business employers will tend to avoid people with a history of unprofessional behaviour. I think age is maybe an excuse for a teenager, but in my twenties I knew well enough how to behave myself when I had to.
(I'd have few complaints about having McCulloch up front btw - last time he played there for us he scored 26 goals!
