Our last match was a disappointing 2-1 defeat at Kenilworth Road. Jake Richards took the lead for them. An equaliser came from Leo Castledine. Jerry Yates went on to score the winner.
~~~
Their last match was yesterday away to Plymouth resulting in a 1-0 defeat.
~~~
Familiar faces in the current squad include Nahki Wells (4 goals this season), Nigel Lonwijk (on loan from Wolves and he's got one goal this season for Luton), and Kasey Palmer (on loan from Hull). All three played yesterday.

One famous resident of Luton (not born there) was Sir Percy Malcolm Stewart. He's described as an industrialist and philanthropist. He became the owner of the London Brick Company. Lord Snoots and I like a good brick. One of my regrets in downsizing to Barnsley was that we left a collection of old bricks behind. You can't beat the beauty of old brick with a maker's mark. #nutjob
Talking of nutcases, Charles Bronson is from Luton, along with Tommy Robinson. Sick One in prison, one avoiding it.
Back to Sir Percy Malcolm Stewart, his former home became Wardown Park Museum, now known as Wardown House Museum and Gallery.

Not as painful as a hedgehog, but still difficult to pass. Whistle

That's a harsh red for May!! Of course it is Kasey Palmer who was the victim!!

RE: Huddersfield Town v Luton Town - Lord Snooty - 27-01-2026

Tried to grab his shirt, got a handful of hair. Ref's gone for the letter of the law.

RE: Huddersfield Town v Luton Town - WakeyTerrier - 27-01-2026

You can't go pulling hair like that, its the kind of thing you expect in the school playground

RE: Huddersfield Town v Luton Town - theo_luddite - 27-01-2026

That's our two remaining goal scorers of any note off the park.

Ref would be slated by his assessor if he didn't give a red. Don't think it was deliberate by May but trying to grab his shirt was.
