It was a even first half but chances again were at a premium. Cooper saved from Stansfield while Bannan fired over from 20 yards. Onto the 2nd half and Birmingham upped there game. Cooper made a double save and then almost took the ball over his own line when stumbling backward. Cads then came close to scoring but his shot hit the pos. But it was Brum who took the lead, Stansfield's shot was turned in by Ducksch from close range. Brum wrapped up the points in injury time when McGhee's pass back was intercepted by Furuhashi who scored from a narrow angle. The loss was our 21st game without a win in the league, a new record for the club.
