We've had numpties second yellowed for taking their shirt off in celebration. James Vaughan I think.

Alfie May's red at Wycombe, diving in for a ball he'd no need to go for.

For a non-Town player this season you need to go some distance to beat Paqueta at West Ham talking himself into a red a few minutes after getting a yellow for arguing with the ref about the same decision.
