The James Vaughan injury thread - Amelia Chaffinch - 18-01-2015

As tweeted by the man himself:

@vaughany08: Just the fractured eye socket and fractured cheekbone!! Cracking stuff #Literally ??

@vaughany08: “@86CraigLindley: @vaughany08 you have no luck”

I have plenty of luck pal just not when it come to football it would seem ??

Well at least it's during the transfer window. We now know we have to get somebody in.
Recall Stead even.

RE: The James Vaughan injury thread - jjamez - 18-01-2015

he'll be able to wear a protective mask surely?

at least we have a week to get the new striker deal over the line...

RE: The James Vaughan injury thread - WakeyTerrier - 19-01-2015

Just goes to show how badly we need another proven striker...not stead

RE: The James Vaughan injury thread - Denners - 19-01-2015

Told you so in the Smoggies match thread. Need back up......and proven. A real shame this time as it wasn't his fault, but you'd be lucky to get 20 games a season from him.
We can't be paying decent wages for a player only available 50% of the time. Love the player when fit though.

RE: The James Vaughan injury thread - ARTERRIER - 20-01-2015

Jesus, if there is an injury going, Vaughan will get it.

RE: The James Vaughan injury thread - Lord Snooty - 22-01-2015

He's out for the season apparently. Sad

RE: The James Vaughan injury thread - SHEP_HTAFC - 23-01-2015

I've seen that challenge and it's a red all day long for me.
That Boro player must have known Vaughan was nearby....and if you take that Nani red v Real Madrid a couple of years ago then it's a stonewaller.
Nearly took his bloody head off.!!!

RE: The James Vaughan injury thread - Lord Snooty - 23-01-2015

They said on Radio Leeds this morning that they were hoping to hear some good news about his injury and reports of him being out for the season aren't necessarily true.

RE: The James Vaughan injury thread - Lord Snooty - 24-01-2015

Nowt wrong with him. He's playing. Smile
