On that basis the club needs to get rid of Steve Bruce. I am not blaming him for failing to make this lot play. I doubt anyone could. But I do think we need a manager with a rebuild plan that would roll-out over a few years.
This person needs to sell and rebuild.m and not inherit anything that Steve Bruce might look to acquire.
