Strange how when most people are moaning about our style of 1.play and the 2.Manager, that no one has anything to say when our position in the table is pointed out that makes our chances of going up even more unlikely until we change 1 & 2.

I think promotion has gone this season. Even with a change of manager the window will be shut. A new manager coming in will have to work with what we have. And let's be honest here the players can't be bothered.
As for Val I gave up with him and his stupid tactics weeks ago.

GOT TO AGREE BLUE BAGGIE.
THOUGH I'M SURPRISED SENIOR MANAGEMENT HAVEN'T TOLD HIM HE MUST CHANGE HIS STYLE OF PLAY, AFTER ALL THE TEAM AIN'T A BAD BUNCH OF PLAYERS. POOR MANAGEMENT ALTOGETHER.
EVEN THE PLAYERS COULD HAVE/ SHOULD HAVE A SAY IF THEY FEEL THEY COULD DO BETTER WITH A CHANGE OF TACTICS.
ALL IS NOT LOST YET, AS THE TEAMS WITH GAMES IN HAND OF US COULD LOSE/ DRAW, AS WE SAW TODAY.

Hugil is proof that a change of management can do wonders.
If we got rid of Val and the new manager reintroduced the concept of passing the ball and playing football the players we have could suddenly come alive.
They are skilled footballers who have lost enthusiasm because the idiot manager is telling not to use their skills but just boot it up there!
Sadly we have already had the chance to sack him and nothing has happened. It needs to happen this week in order to get a replacement in who can talk to the squad and have an impact on the next game.
That said if they sacked him and put the kit man in charge we should get a win based on the relief that would surge through the club.

Well results now could see us drop to 8th when others catch up on games in hand, to be honest I would rather see us stay where we are this season and go up with a chance of staying there rather than get through on a wing an a prayer and come straight back down.

A shocking window doesn't help the problem of not getting in the players we need - after all there were some real bargains who were signed up by other clubs pushing for promotion. Carroll won't do it for me.
Though it will give the U23's a chance to shine - if he plays them.
