Definitely a "statement of intent" by the manager, signing up Daizen Maeda, Yosuke Ideguchi and Reo Hatate from the Japanese J league and covering/strengthening areas of the pitch in attack, midfield and defence respectively. So he adds to his acquisition of Kyogo who has been a "breath of fresh air" to Scot footie although the lad really needs to cut out his simulation antics. Will he sign up any others? Watch this space as well as see what injured players finally "return to the fold" as there is a lot of injuries, numbered in the teens, that really need to be whittled down to a decent level of toleration
