Evergrande a Chinese building company (amonst other things) Have defaulted on debts of 220 Billion. More companies are expected to go the same way.

Its been coming for a while, this is a world wide company with big operations in the states.
Mostly funded by Chinese banks. Although the cash flow will impact China's finances short term.
The majority of loans are secured against property and other assets. Long term China wont loose out.
The good old USA will be in the deep stuff a little bit deeper as they loose business and assets.

Equally, if Lai isn’t putting any money in now, I guess we don’t lose anything if China has a financial crash? Every cloud etc.
