Sheff Utd & Tottenham vs WBA - Ska'dForLife-WBA - 01-02-2021

Nine points adrift of safety, and with the first of our must-win games left unwon on Saturday, the nails appear to be going into the coffin of this season at an alarming rate. With another two games to come this week, there's a chance for the team to redeem themselves in another six-pointer on Tuesday night as they travel to Bramall Lane for a crunch match with Sheffield United. Though the Blades, like Albion, have only won twice all season, both of those victories have come in the last month - one against Manchester United - and it seems they're hitting an untimely vein of form. Nevertheless, there can't be any excuses: if we're to even have the hope of a prayer of a chance of survival, three points are a must on Tuesday.

Next Sunday then takes us down for the first time to the imaginatively-named Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London's premier NFL venue, where'll we'll be looking first and foremost to avoid a Superbowl scoreline. Anything we happen to get will, as always, be a bonus. It's a tough start to February, and it's not going to get any easier from here...

Actually I think the double threaded screws are half way down our relagation coffin!
Unless we have a massive upturn in attitude /mentality /performance, sadly I can't see any way we'll wriggle out of this one, unless Sam pulls an absolute blinder. If he does I think it'll be the best achievement of his career!
Sheffield Utd seem to be gaining some confidence and momentum, so it's obviously going to be a certain Mr Burke who scores a couple of blinding goals in this one.
Spurs? Well - expect nothing and maybe! Who knows??

On the left is Stuart Williams, the keeper is Graham Potter ( I think), I'm not sure of the other defender but am tempted to say Chuck Drury as he looks too young to be Ray Barlow. I'm thinking the Spurs striker is Bobby Smith.

Almost spot-on, Steve.
It's Ray Potter in goal, and it's definitely Ray Barlow and Stu Williams. (Chuck Drury was a few inches shorter than Ray). And pretty sure it's Bobby Smith as well.

Yes, it is Bobby Smith.
