Raith Rovers v Hibs - 20/12/14 - ritchiebaby - 18-12-2014
Hibs travel to Stair Park on Saturday with the prospect of another two tough games in the following two weeks. The only dancing I want to see in the streets of Raith
is from the Hibs fans. Raith's last home game resulted in a 1-5 loss against Livingston, solely because Ross Perry was sent off in the second minute. That came from the Livvy Lions applying strong early pressure and Hibs have got to do the same. No doubt there won't be a sending off this time, but the advantages are clear - start off strongly, get the upper hand and build on it to gain a winning score.Raith still have the old war horse, Christian Nade, as leading scorer along with Mark Stewart on 4 goals. Their attack is not prolific and their defence is losing 2 goals per game. They've lost 6 of their 8 games since they drew at Easter Road at the beginning of October, so we should have the upper hand. However, take nothing for granted, we've still got to apply ourselves in the proper fashion. 2 goals might be enough for a Hibs win, but I'd like us to be better than that.

As you will probably know, Hibs ran out 3-1 winners, after going behind. We're now in 3rd position, ahead of QOS on goal difference - the next target is Rangers, 7 points ahead of us, soon to be 4.
