RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (07 May) - Dingle-Dingle - 11-05-2017 It won`t go away. Watford striker Troy Deeney, 28, is considering a summer move away from the club, with West Brom considering making a bid.(London Evening Standard) DD ![]() ![]() RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (07 May) - talkSAFT - 11-05-2017 (09-05-2017, 16:57)Beefy 1965 Wrote:(09-05-2017, 12:25)Stairs Wrote: Charlie Taylor looks like it's at 90% forecast now. He's only 5'10" - what's going on? Don't like his attitude either if he "refuses to play" for Leeds. (Sounds a bit Berahino-ish to me.) Can't see him coming out of Leeds alive, knowing their fans. RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (07 May) - 4evaabaggie - 11-05-2017 Talksaft, a bit harsh ..... very last game nothing on it, he was only going to be on the bench,, agent says dont play, his replacement player gets injured late on, so told he's playing. Not the same as Saido, he tried forcing thorough a move then sulked because he did not get his way. Also he has not bad mouthed the club that nurtured him as far as I am aware. (Daily Mirror) DD ![]() ![]() RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (07 May) - Beefy 1965 - 13-05-2017 West Bromwich Albion have reportedly agreed compensation of "between £3m and £5m" for Leeds United left-back Charlie Taylor. The 23-year-old has been on the radar of Baggies boss Tony Pulis for more than a year and an attempt to bring him to the West Midlands last summer was blocked. According to The Mirror, the Whites have now agreed to let him leave this summer despite an unsavoury incident at the end of the season which saw him refuse to play in the final game. Leeds manager Garry Monk said at the time: "I think he's been terribly advised... I think he's been poorly advised all season. We've tried to guide him and help him. He's a young lad, a good lad, but he's a bit naive." Taylor joined the Leeds academy at the age of nine and has made 104 senior appearances for the club in all competitions. http://c.newsnow.co.uk/A/885501009?-11200:789:0 RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (07 May) - BaggieMan - 13-05-2017 Its been reported that Charlie Taylor has or was going to sign a pre-transfer contract pending the opening of the Window. Wonder how binding that is given Liverpool and Shammers are reported as interested. ![]() RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (07 May) - Dingle-Dingle - 14-05-2017 Oh Dear....... Hope this is true. Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce will not be granted transfer funds, and must sell players to raise cash for new players.
