What a player he was! L-H bat, bowled a bit, and captained Northants, I remember. Seem to recall he got a treble-century (early 60s).

Football, in particular the FA Cup. Aged 152 (I think).

Been in terminal decline since moving the semi finals to Wembley. Took a dramatic turn for the worse this week with the scrapping of replays. Today, it's last breath of life was sucked out by VAR.
