Just as long as the Cards don't win, I'll be more than happy, and watch out for my Texas Rangers PEI!!

The final 4 game series for the Rangers against the Angels could be interesting!!

The only weak spot in the Jays squad is the closer. Gibbons uses Osuna as the closer with Cecil as the set up guy. I'd switch them around as Cecil is a much better pitcher imo than Osuna, who is unreliable.

Three strong starting pitchers: Price, Estrada, Stroman.
In a 4 man rotation I'd go with knuckleballer R.A. Dickey over Buehrle for the same reason that some folk like to keep Nuhiu in the Owl's side: give the opposition something to think about. Laugh

Decent bullpen.

Heart of the order: Donaldson, Encarcion, Bautista, all on 40 or 35+ h. runs.

Even the catcher Russell Martin has a decent era.

What pitcher would want to face a lineup like that?

Btw, attendance in recent home games: sell out crowds of 47K +

Don't you look forward to the day when the Owls will have attendances like that? They used to. In the good old days. Thumb up Thumb up

See your point but I think the team with the overall best record gets home field advantage in a playoff series.

Blue Jays move another game closer with a win along with a NYY loss. KEV, your Rangers lost while the Angels and Astros both won, so that division is closing up again.

Magic Number now 2.

Jays have best record in AL now.

If they finish up like this they'll get home field advantage in AL playoffs.

I follow the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, so when it came to Baseball, it was either Houston or Texas and I decided Texas as I couldn't really follow Houston when following all those Dallas teams.

Ranch is good for dipping veggies & fried shit in to.

I never use it as a dressing, that's disgusting!

Here in the south though, hicks eat ranch for breakfast Doh

BTW I enjoyed that Washington player having a pop at one of his team mates. Most exciting Baseball game in... forever Big Grin
