Love a good tamales!!!!  Was down in Phoenix this week and down there the mexican food is about as authentic as you can get so I always go to one of them when I am there.  Had some great carnitas this week at the one I went to!!

Have to agree, the Tamales are the best, as long as they make sure to moist cook them.

A dry Tamale is terrible. I like a bit of Chorizo mixed with chopped onion, spinach and potato and fried up in the saucepan. Though, some chorizo's can be ridiculously greasy, bit different to Spanish chorizo.

Are you see there are 2 types of tamales !! the moist maize are the oaxqueños and are the best by far !! and the maize or corn if you like that takes you 15 years to chew on are from mexic city these are utter shit and i fead them my dog as to keep him happy for 15 years !!! they should also be served with pork and green chilli or lamb and red chilli !! if you find there is a bit of rat in them ?? then they are fake and from china !! dont worry though if you find a bit of dog in them as this is quite normal in mexico dog is hidden quite well in mexican food !!

Toronto Blue Jays stormed into the Big Apple and beat the withering Yankees 3 games to 1 to take a 3and a arf game lead in AL East.

We're going to the World Series lads and when we do we'll beat the Cards!!!! Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up

I hope they're going to finish the party soon. It'll soon be the first anniversary of the death of New-606 and partying on would be a bit disrespectful to all, most, some, of its family  Angry
