I thought they were breaching FFP rules and have to sell ........ Two billionaires therefore can pay off their tax debt, wage bills etc but surely can not invest in playing staff so the vile must still have to sell to balance their FFP books ...... or am I wrong, are their clubs that the rules don't apply to

Your very correct - they cannot do much this season, unless they want a pay 30/40 million in fines (QPR in similar situation)
But they will be able to invest big in the following seasons. They will be back.
They will certainly invest more then we will (IMO)

All being well they will get relegated this season and be investing from league 1 .....
