RE: The Owls v The Canaries SBC Match Thread - Imre varadi - 06-05-2018 rumour if he doesnt bring stripes back then we can forget it before its even started !! cant sell fessi just imagine if he had played this season ? we would have least been in the playoffs !! Bannan can go for me as we need to change the system plain and simple !! the village hanging on to by there fingernails !! Refs wont protect him ! we are going to have to toughen him up its down to us ! RE: The Owls v The Canaries SBC Match Thread - St Charles Owl - 06-05-2018 Its just a question of how much money we need to raise. We could really do with offloading Fletcher but who is going to take him?? Problem is we only have 4-5 player really worth anything that will make a difference and give Jos some money to spend, and they are the players we need to keep if we want to push the top 6 next season. So who do we want to win the playoffs? I would prefer to see Villa go up, they will be stronger next season if they don’t go up whereas Fulham are sure to lose Cairney and Seessignon, so will be weaker. Boro and Derby are just like us, blow hot and cold most seasons. Wigan and Blackburn should do ok coming up. Coming down, Stoke might spend some money but will have none of their better players, West Brom likely still coming down and they could spend but it might depend on who they can keep, of the rest Soton will spend to get back up, Swansea will fall apart I think if they come down and Huddersfield won’t do much in the Championship. So either of the last 2 will do best for us I think. RE: The Owls v The Canaries SBC Match Thread - Imre varadi - 06-05-2018 Fact is that Flecther like Abdi will blead us dry ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() sell westwood bannan fatman as we cant sell Rhodes ![]() ![]() im with you on Villa although the way they are playing pullis will be rubbing his bold patch in delight !! i think what we dont want is Fulham going up because they are the strongest rumour to sign Fessi who will im sure leave if offered the bright lights of london where he still has a place !! Village just need Swansea to lose now for safety ..coco to save there arses again !! RE: The Owls v The Canaries SBC Match Thread - Daffodils on the piano - 06-05-2018 Don't laugh but the Dingles have sacked the manager.Which was probably predictable. RE: The Owls v The Canaries SBC Match Thread - Imre varadi - 06-05-2018 Yep Barnsley are fucked again !! im sure they will get promotion in a few years though they always do ! one less derby game but scunthorpe or Rotherham will be in the play off final hopefully neither will win the less shity so called derby games the better !! lets concentrate on getting revenge over the pigs twice !! and wiping the floor with the leeds scum !! Think Maddiix should get at least a 1/2 BML point. That’s as close as he’s ever going to get with the score prediction. I actually got the score right in the SWO predictions ![]() RE: The Owls v The Canaries SBC Match Thread - Washington - 07-05-2018 Fred loves it at SWFC and wants to come back and its Loovens second family https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p066dqpz PEI's new favourite player I think will stay if the length, money and playing time are right. A not so cryptic comment too about him and Joao been frozen out by CC and now they've had time to play together due to injuries the goals are coming. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p066dpdv Hope with not being in the play offs all the in/outs will be done before preseason starts and for once we can get off to a good start in August. The recent form has been good and with a proper training and tactic regime in the summer maybe it will finally happen. Bored already and its still over a month to the WC. Hopefully Southampton can win tomorrow and Stoke at the weekend so Dave can score another hat trick but against Swansea ![]() ![]() RE: The Owls v The Canaries SBC Match Thread - Maddix - 07-05-2018 Dave's just confirming what we already knew about Coco Wash. Picked his favourites, square pegs, round holes etc ![]() ![]() RE: The Owls v The Canaries SBC Match Thread - Washington - 07-05-2018 (07-05-2018, 23:26)Maddix Wrote: Dave's just confirming what we already knew about Coco Wash. Picked his favourites, square pegs, round holes etc Agree about the first team favourites Maddix but not sure the Hirst thing is all down to CC. By all accounts he's been offered the best money deal ever by SWFC for a young player, a loan plan opportunity to toughen up etc. But, when he's been mixing it with the PL members of the England U18/19s who probably have a new Porsche and he's in a used Mini you know how (we were one's once) easy teenage boys can be swayed along with an agent who wants a cut and a dad who's burned bridges with the owner. Fortunately some of the other lads seem to have more loyalty to the club and their U 18/23 coaching staff. With first team injuries they have seen the opportunity to step up and have not done too badly under the guidance of Jos and the senior players. Hopefully that will help us with FFP too as we build to our next promotion challenge. All we can hope for is that our hard work with GH is rewarded by suitable sell on fee share clause if and when he becomes the star that a lot of us believe he might become. RE: The Owls v The Canaries SBC Match Thread - Maddix - 08-05-2018 I wasn't really thinking of the money, it was more CC's attitude that "GH would never get a game because he had six strikers". I think that would have pissed George off more than anything else. Fergie or Wenger would never have said anything like that in a million years ![]() |
