RE: The CBA with England match thread - WakeyTerrier - 29-03-2016 ![]() I thought we were OK in the first half, yes we got a bit lucky with goal being ruled out for offside but then the Germans Did only score when our keeper had a fractured ankle. Second half much better and we were unlucky to be 2-0 down but some inspired subs by Woy upped the tempo of our game. A fantastic turn and shot by Kane, a cheeky finish by Vardy started the party in the away end and Dier completed a fine comeback. Friendly yes, but not to either sets of supporters in the ground. The Germans were booing us to start with and by the end they were booing their own. England fans, class support throughout! One last thing, this group of players don't have half the pressure on them than we've had in previous tournaments. After Brazil the fans watching on Tv just expect us to balls up....you never know? RE: The CBA with England match thread - Thurnscoe_OWL - 29-03-2016 Yeah but Rooney will win us it won't be? Shoe in for that lead striker role despite him not even being in the top 5 English strikers atm RE: The CBA with England match thread - Thurnscoe_OWL - 29-03-2016 No one won for Germany game as far as I can see. I'll have 3-1 Milner for tonight and let you all fight amongst yourselves cos I'm going to pictures (the movies i think they call it in the Donald Trump Republic). If any villagers come on then play nice, imre ![]() RE: The CBA with England match thread - Imre varadi - 29-03-2016 ill have 2-1 Beardsley !! i thought he played a fantastic game against Germany and his second goal was outstanding ![]() ![]() And them are welcome on (MY) board except on my (MY) match thread (And youre match thread is also mine as ive got the copyrights ) and on any thread that has anything to do with football debate ![]() ![]() RE: The CBA with England match thread - Statesideowl - 29-03-2016 One lucky win against Germany, suddenly those that have been right for years are wrong overnight? ![]() RE: The CBA with England match thread - Maddix - 29-03-2016 2-1 Bergkamp ![]() RE: The CBA with England match thread - Statesideowl - 29-03-2016 Whahayyy, Dennis. 2-2 Overmars. Wait, infact that bloke Brian Laws said "we'll have a look at" but signed Akpo Sodje instead, he wasn't World Class or anything.
