one type of player they really do need though is a midfield destroyer like Mulumbu to play alongside Gueye .
Kind of wish we were joining them with all the local derbies they`ll be next season, Albion will become the forgotten
team with the west midlands local media I feel.

There's no pleasing some people Whistle

Perhaps that's why he wanted TP sacked, he wanted us to get relegated down to the Midlands division and knew that would not happen under this regime.

I said a week ago some of RTE's posts came across like he wanted us to lose- and just to prove my point!!!!

As they currently stand with no manager, no players who want to play for the club, no board of directors and next season no money either, I am not at all sure they will bounce back any time soon.  There is a lot of teams who have dropped out of the prem who have struggled for years to get back in there and once the Prem money dries up and FFP kicks in then the problems really start to mount up!!

The Championship is littered with clubs who could easily claim to be in the top 20 clubs in England - L**ds, Forest, Wednesday, Derby, Blackburn, Wolves, Boro and QPR, as well as Bolton, Charlton, Sheff United in league 1!!  All of them dropped out of the Prem with expectations of bouncing back and all have struggled for years to actually do so.  Add up how long those teams have been out of the prem and it totals nearly a combined 100 years!!!

It's rumoured that the next Manager will be either Pearson or Di Mateo.

I wonder how the Villa fans view that second possibility. Whistle

RE: Villa - RainbowTurnedEastStand - 18-05-2016

If its true Di Matteo is taking over I think he`ll do a cracking job as his man management skills are top notch,
the only bloke who could get Odemwingie performing that's for sure.
