0762 what exactly can the SFA do??Rangers can put as many bids in as they want Hibs can keep rejecting them like they have, other than unsettling the player they are doing nothing wrong, like I have said in prior posts good on hibs keep telling them to piss off, let's be honest if they offered funny money he would be away.

They can do nothing Fredsresafool. I said in my thread it's a pity the SFA can't do anything about it!! A moral stand would be good but that will never happen either!! That stand will be taken by club and fans who are well aware of the real intent of this campaign. Rangers don't have the money, or funny money as you put it - we all know that now!

I would think it to be standard negotiations tbh. How many times have you heard the"we wont sell" be popped out. Ramos to Utd...he may well end up there, and de Gea to Madrid etc. It happens all the time.
As for who says what, and who leaked what etc, ....does it really matter? modern footballers dont play for the jerseys and stay with clubs ad nauseum nowadays. Fans need to realise the sound bites are just that.

What will be , will be.

It always seems in these situations that a leak usually comes from either the "selling" club to try to get others interested and/or push up the price or the leak will come from the players agent. But at this time of year, and in January of course, the papers are full of stories of players being wanted by other clubs, of bids being put in etc etc. If Hibs don't want to sell then they don't have to, but ultimately if a club puts in a bid for the right amount that stance will change very quickly!! The fact that suddenly other clubs are potentially interested such as Rotherham or L**ds, it seems to me that as per usual a club saying he is not for sale and is going nowhere really does nothing to stop other clubs from enquiring or bidding.

I assume he will play tomorrow but I wouldn't be surprised if its his last game for Hibs.

There was no verbal agreement between Allan and hibs, lets be clear on that.

The whole thing reminds me of their equally half ersed pursuit of goodwillie and rejection of utds valuation.

He is goin nowhere this season unless a club meets our valuation.. Its not that hard to follow.

And you get this information from who? Christ Hibs have lied to supporters for years and you believe them now because it's Rangers laughable at best.

petrie may be many things tae many people, but love him or hate him, what he is ,is straight down the middle by the book and I believe if, and its a big if, there was such a verbal contract petrie wid've honoured it because pissing off hibs supporters isnae at the top o' his things tae worry aboot list. I also cannae believe that in this day and age any agent worth his salt wid agree tae something like that no' being written intae the contract

So Hibs are lying? Where is the proof that this agreement ever existed?   Huh   Its one persons remembrance of events against anothers. PUT IT IN A SIGNED CONTRACT.......common sense.  Doh

I wish I had supported a club as clean and honest towards their fans / creditors etc etc as the defunct Glasgow Rangers and now the fledgling sevco. It must be nice to believe everything that is told to you.

Anyway back to listening to all the lies coming out of ER  Tongue
