I think we did a fair amount of attacking considering the circumstances, which were never in our favour.

96, surely you don't want Sess to go? We both often comment on how class he can be?

Unfortunately he'll be 31 by next season and doesn't really fit into Pulis' 442.

By far our best player on his day but I can see us cashing in and getting someone who fits better into Pulis' plans in the summer. If he was 4-5 years younger I'd be demanding we build a team around him.

Another game where a 30 sec referral to the recording would tell the ref what to do, or if he has made a mistake. Why isn't it done - its solves tries yes/no in Rugby without joe public objecting, in fact they do a countdown...so lets get modern.

Even though One player would have been red carded, it was still a wrong decision and after 2 minutes a bloody disgrace and spoilt the game, cos we were lucky to get away with only 3-0, even though we nearly had one ourselves.

So yes/no to more technology?

BBB,
Yes from me. Too much riding on the match officials who get to see an incident once at full speed. Sadly not only do they have to make a quick decision they also have to judge if a player has dived.
What I don't understand is why we keep getting decisions go against us. The penalty against Stoke was a joke when they can't wait to give penalties against us and don't even start me on the Yacob sending off.
Haven't seen the sending off today but by all accounts Dawson should have gone but if that was a Man City player bringing down Berahino in the 2nd minute would he have sent him off ?
I doubt it.

I got up at 5.45am to watch this and it certainly killed it as a competitive game, but from a neutral perspective I may get to see a few goals!! Whistle

Did Wes Brown get mistakenly sent off for John O'Shea for Sunderland V Man Utd the other week ?

They appealed and both were allowed to play the week after so surely the same will apply to us  Whistle

I'd like to believe we'd receive the same treatment, Beefy but, this is the FA we're talking about.
