He was at Derby for the first half of the season. Their fans say he's not even League Two standard.

All seems well then. Rolleyes

Bojangles has packed his clogs and left to join Dutch top flight side Fortuna Sittard on an initial loan that could be made permanent.

Another one that didn’t really want to be here.

You can add Lee Nicholls to that list as well although he is still here

The other two we've got from Wolves haven't exactly made you sit up and go, "Wow, he's way better than anyone we've got" in the way Ben Chillwell and Levi Colwill (as examples, amongst others) did from almost their first touch. Wherever Wolves are sending their brightest prospects it's not here. At least they aren't coming to us from Stoke is the best you might say so far.

Pick the bones out of this as you wish.

We only need to play him across the back 3 (4?) and in goal and he's got the full set.

I'd argue most Direby fans have long forgotten what a good footballer looks like. If they are blaming him for them being in the bottom 3 when they've only won 7 all season, they are obviously in dire need of scapegoats. He's only played 6 times, been injured for most of the rest. How do Direby fans rate the rest of their side given they've played most of the first half of the season without him? He's not the reason they've lost the last 7 on the bounce, even if he's been 1/11th of it sometimes.

At least he'll keep Danny Ward company.

In other news he's 21, so how many full seasons are some folk expecting him to have played? The one good thing he's got going for him is he has the same birthday as me. Thumb up Bet he's a bit faster than me these days though. Whistle

That's me told, I'll slither back under my stone.

In other transfers/loans of ex-Townies, Phil Billing has gone out on loan to Napoli.
Weather should be a tad better on the coast of Italy's ankle compared to Poole Bay & Boscombe.

He's done alright for a "lazy lanky get'.

RE: Transfer window January 2025 - theo_luddite - 05-02-2025

Too right. I wouldn't mind trying to live off his tax bill.

Great city is Naples but by god you don’t want to upset the local ultras or take a wrong turn down the wrong road.

Coventry City have signed former Swansea and Bristol City attacking midfielder Jamie Paterson on a contract until the end of the season.
The 33-year-old had a stint in the United States with Charlotte, but has been a free agent since leaving the Major League Soccer side in November.
Paterson first featured in the second tier with Nottingham Forest in 2013, having moved to the City Ground from Walsall, and went on to play for Huddersfield, Bristol City, Derby County and Swansea.

Shocking bruises on his arms though.
