RE: Millwall v The Owls SBC Match Thread - Owlkev71 - 18-02-2024 BML Update Imre gets 3 ![]() SCO gets a ![]() RE: Millwall v The Owls SBC Match Thread - Southeyowl - 18-02-2024 Regarding Musaba, Danny knew he had gone of the boiler, so didn't start him for a few games. Gassama came in and did well, now he has gone off the boiler, Mussaba has come back in If he was consistent, he would be somewhere else! Ugbo is a striker that we have been crying out for. Good feet, great pace and strength and gets in behind the defenders gambling on a cross RE: Millwall v The Owls SBC Match Thread - Imre varadi - 18-02-2024 I doubt we will get consitan from either Musaba or Gassame for a while if not at all ? If both where consistent they'd have been snapped up by the premiership they are that good at times yesterday Musaba was worthy a first place in a Chelsea or Newcastle lineup . Hopefully they can progress with us but that will depend in which league we are going to be in ..I can't see either doing much on a wet Wednesday night at Stockport. RE: Millwall v The Owls SBC Match Thread - St Charles Owl - 18-02-2024 They both give us something we haven't really seen since Antonio - speed and the ability to run at a defence. Musaba is stronger than Gassama, but Gassama's ball control is better. Having Ubo though will help both, finally a striker who will run into the box to get on the end of a cross. RE: Millwall v The Owls SBC Match Thread - Statesideowl - 18-02-2024 It's a shame we won't be able to keep Ugbo, he could score for fun in L1. It's refreshing to see an instinctive forward that gets in the right positions. We might be able to keep him. He is under contract at Troyes until 2026, so we would need to buy him or they might entertain a further one year loan. RE: Millwall v The Owls SBC Match Thread - Imre varadi - 18-02-2024 I f@cking doubt it ! Very rare if not at all with our wanker of an owner do we keep players who do well ! They would obviously seek some kind of money boost or they'll loan him out again for the same money untill he gets them that money boost ! We don't ever take decent players back on from loan unless there out of contract . |
