It would be good to lose the next 3 or 4 games by 5-0 Thumb up that way Bungle would surely have to go and we wouldn't be that far behind. With an half decent manager we'd be able to claw that back and piss the play offs if not get into the auto's Cool

Ithwieke could be out for a while basically blowing our defense apart .
Gregory also took a knock though I doubt he would start anyway as Moore has moved him to the bench anyway.

Everyone who's anything in the pub league are through to the third round so thankfully we aren't the only team wasting our time money and resources.

A good crowd I suppose but we will get hammered should the put a side out .

You would think it would be something they will be interested in winning .

Full house so nice revenue from that and possibly on TV to add to it. They will play a strong enough side to probably easily win but you never know!!

If we had a manager with balls then this game could be a you never know? ..but with the one we have he'll set his stall out like he does and it will be a stroll in the park for Newcastle.

The days of you'll never know are well in the past with this setup we have .

RE: The Owls v Shrewsbury Town L1 Match Thread - Maddix - 28-11-2022

I'd expect Newcastle to put out a full strength side for this. They'll be desperate for any silverware to please the new owners.

I fully expect Jacob Murphy to score the winner Whistle
