The Blunts were never going to stay up past a couple of seasons, so sticking with Wilder was an obvious decision, getting rid of him was mental.
Our defence has looked so solid, Iorfa and Hutch/Dunkley seem to win just about every header, Hunt and Palmer have both been solid and get forward well. Can't fault the keeper either, commands his area and has been there to make a save when the defenders do let a chance happen.

Not the best first half to be honest! Rotherham won the midfield battle, but it was never a penalty!
Great save fro BPF! Second half wee started to win the battles in midfield!
Paterson did great for the first goal, holding off the defender and Kamberi put himself in great positions all game. Poor keeping for the second, but it looked like the ref was blowing for a foul, Bazza had to ask him if it stood, before carrying on the celebrations. I would have settled for a point before kick off, but happy to take all 3! SHEFFIELD DOUBLE!
First time in years, that I have watched a game sober!
Bit of bovver near the station after the game, some rumours circulating that someone was stabbed!

After watching the highlights some off my views have changed .
I'll just go through the players i thought stood out !!
Keeper was mom no doubt everything he did yesterday was perfect goal keeping .
As for the defence i think Dunkley struggled a bit and while there is not that big a difference due to the clean sheet i believe hutch has to come back against morcombe , the penalty was harsh on Patterson but Dunkley not getting a foot in early was the problem this wouldn't have happened with hutch .
Luongo was mom also he was outstanding with his tackles and passes which incedently got us the first goal ! But can he stay fit i hope so !
And i hate to say it but Patterson did a fantastic job and made us the first goal plus it could have been 2 should kamberi have took his time more when he blasted it into orbit in the first half .
Gregory goal scorer plain and simple ...apart from BOB all our other strikers who have left now would have never gone for that second ball ...Rhodes wouldnt have even come near it with his pace off a donkey ..Gregory did and we will see alot off this in the pub league due to errors that get made ..he's going to get at least 10 goals from rebounds or errors this season just watch ! And hopefully when he's running on full steam he will make better off the chances bannan is producing him and add another 10 .
The rest of the players all did a job and a good job Iorfa needs tieing down or we are going to lose him after Xmas for sure ..he would fit into any premiership defence with no problem
