RE: Jan 2020 (Jan 27) - Transfer Window - SomersetBaggie - 29-01-2020 (29-01-2020, 11:31)Beefy 1965 Wrote: Breaking: Albion have made there first signing of the January window with Callum Robinson joining on loan from Sheffield United #wba Totally underwhelmed by this, obviously the usual cheap option rather than Orsic. Would have much preferred Orsic and I only see Robinson as a squad player...I thought Slavan said they were going to sign quality rather than quantity! RE: Jan 2020 (Jan 29) - Transfer Window - wba13 - 29-01-2020 So your underwhelmed by us bringing in a player who we wanted in the summer , but who rightly turned us down for a premiership club. Chris Wilder must have saw something in him to break there transfer record . Why they bought him is another question as they do not play wingers. He will be well suited to our system. Anyway Preston fans are fuming that they never went back in for him they love the man. In this division he is Quality and at a good age . Some of you would be underwhelmed if we bought in Messi as you cannot please everyone. RE: Jan 2020 (Jan 29) - Transfer Window - wba13 - 29-01-2020 I know it’s your opinion but how can anyone be underwhelmed about a player who has never played for us and has a good record in this division. We need an attacker who can create when Diangana or Pereira aren’t available for me he fits the bill better than Phillips or Edwards . Who would you like to see arrive Somerset. RE: Jan 2020 (Jan 29) - Transfer Window - Beefy 1965 - 29-01-2020 Robinson scored 12 in 27 last year in the Championship for Preston !!! One in two games almost and it's underwhelming Anyway although disappointed I'm not to disappointed at this next one as I think he has been poor for a while.... #WBA BREAKING: Crystal Palace have agreed a deal with West Brom for Nathan Ferguson. The 19-year-old travelled to London today to complete his medical and sign off on personal terms. [via Daily Mail] https://t.co/ckvcMa0AVx RE: Jan 2020 (Jan 29) - Transfer Window - wba13 - 29-01-2020 This was to be expected of Ferguson just hope we have someone lined up to compete with furlong, as O’Shea proved last night he is not a fullback, he will be our first choice centre half in a year or two thou. At least we get some cash for him. Disappointment, another one ruined by greed - finger crossed it's good money for the Academy. For Ferguson errrr!!! thanks for nothing. He’s clearly highly ambitious though.....that’s why he’s signed for Crystal Palace
