Jones might have been an interesting signing, will have to watch what he does there as he has struggled for a while now.

Cardiff have been trying to get rid of him for weeks. He is on PL wages and Bournemouth have agreed to pay all his wages. Makes sense because Cardiff have nothing to play for but Bournemouth have the chance of PL riches. Even though he is only likely to be on the bench, he might make a difference for them.

I know I'm likely to get slaughtered for this Confused but, if he was going to get rid of MA why didn't he keep JJ Doh Huh at least we'd have some pace then and a bloke who the opposition would double mark, until he got sent off Doh , allowing a bit of space for the rest of the midfield.

Just a thought that popped into my head Blush

By the time MM/PA/SG decided to get rid of MA to finance the May deal, JJ had been long gone having not been offered a new contract at the end of last season.  We could also have done a better job with Drenthe, first by not just sticking him on the bench and then by at least trying to get him back in in January!!

Selling Antonio was the worst bit of business we have done in recent times.

If you forgive SG his poor tactics, his inflexible formations & bad substitutions, he should be sacked for that.

selling him so cheaply and not getting a replacement was the worst bit of transfer business we've done in recent history, getting rid of him Huh wasn't too bothered at the time

Antonio gave us pace which means defences sit deeper which in turn means more goalscoring opportunities & more goals. He is the top assists provider in this division over the last three seasons and the top scoring midfielder. You should have been bothered. We should have been protesting then & got SG sacked. Instead we just accepted & many fans said that Antonio was rubbish & SG was the new messiah.

Shame on them!
