Fletcher still on as it stands, but it looks like he might be the only one. Ideye's departure likely to be called off by Albion. #wba

Joke club ive had enough Angry

To be honest, it's been a bit of a head scratcher of a window...

We look desperately short of width and with that in mind, it begs the question again, what did Varela do wrong? A man of the match performance against the Villa, a goal from open play against QPR...

We're worried about Cole falling through, but why was he seen as a better alternative to Samaras anyway? IMO he would've been a downgrade. Samaras also would've offered a goal threat from wide midfield.

It's great that we got McManaman in early, but how can you lose 3 attacking midfielders (Samaras, Varela and Blanco) and replace them with 1? It doesn't make any sense. And if Dorrans is confirmed later, that's 4 out and 1 in...

Fletcher (if confirmed) will be a great addition for his experience but I can't help thinking the decision to release Varela and Samaras might come back and bite us, especially if we get a few injuries.

Squad is weaker than it was when TP took over.
The pathetic last 4 transfer windows has left us with a poor and unbalanced squad.

Expect another turnover of a minimum 8-10 players in the summer. Maybe, in the summer, if we actually spend a bit of money on good players instead of loaning shite like Wisdom, signing below average freebies like Baird and Gardner and lying about breaking our transfer record we won't be in yet another relegation battle with yet another new manager and once again panic buying on deadline day next January.

OK accepted they should have moved earlier on the striker option. But maybe they have been trying. We were linked to a fair few but I guess clubs were not prepared to sell earlier in the window and waited for other interest or in fact never intended to sell. We bid for Vardy, Ighalo and seemed to be genuinely interested in Gestede and Ameobi.

We might still have a registration submitted and could surprise people overnight - plus, can we still bring in a loan?

Olsson deal's off, apparently. Failed to agree personal terms.

Surely we can't let Ideye go now. It would be near suicide!

Fletcher confirmed!

Good signing.

One ray of light on an otherwise miserable evening. Welcome aboard, Darren.

The squad is weaker now than it was before Pulis came in, I cannot believe what a shambles this club has become since Dan Ashworth and Roy left. I had hoped that Pulis was going to change things....looks like I was wrong!
