You can tell our quality players this last 20 mins: Mulumbu, Varela, Berahino, Sessegnon all looking a cut above

Unfortunately the plodders like Dorrans and Wisdom are ruining all our attacks.

Bye bye Al. It wasn't fun while it lasted. It was f****** awful, weak and insipid.

Too little too late I'm afraid.

Varela looked our best player when he came on...

Had it not been for Brunt's injury, I doubt we would've seen him.

We had a good go at the end, but would not have been in that position with a more positive selection from the off.

We've now failed to beat Everton, Newcastle, West Ham, Palace and Sunderland at home. Losing 3.

I can't see where the points are going to come from with the current regime...

Maybe Al will be given another game or 2 to save his bacon. Personally, I'd rather see him go to give us a chance of picking up some points in those 2 games...

The next team selection is his last chance with most the fans excluding anything drastic. Imo he'll make some of the changes we want.

Too little, too late. Imo, tonight shows that this is our best XI:

Foster
Gamboa - Dawson - Lescott - Pocognoli
Gardner - Mulumbu
Dorrans/Blanco - Sessegnon - Varela
Berahino

Wisdom HAS to be dropped, Varela HAS to start.

At least we showed some fighting spirit tonight and like said before, if Irvine can't see attacking and creative quality is the answer he needs castrating !
