We were only good in the final 15-20 minutes so we’ve got away with one there.
You need to sort out the defensive side of our game Darren. It’s disjointed and lacking in organisation. We either press the opposition or we sit off, no half and half in the 4-2-3-1. If you want to continue to do half and half then put Brunt or Barry in between the defence and midfield to cover the space in a 4-1-4-1 shape.
The best of both worlds from what I’ve seen would be 4-2-3-1 in possession and 4-1-4-1 out of possession.
That Guediora strike was simply sublime and the save from it by Johnstone was even better. Quality play by both players.

Absoltely f***ing dismal. Gayle gives us a bit of hope, but the Defence + Midfield were woeful.
Livermore never put a foot wrong, but then he only had 8 touches, and passed the ball very accurately backwards each time. Well played, Jake - I give you 3/10 - a 50% improvement on last year's 2/10.

We stole that point, pitiful for the majority of the game, there was some glimpses of promise though towards the end, but jury is still out. Phillips, Hergazi and Rod looked a different class, as for the rest, the fact DM was having to shout you have to work says it all.
