I am the same at the shrine. RE: Leicester vs WBA - Match Thread - talkSAFT - 03-03-2016 Scene at Leicester suburbia: "Going to the Match, Babe?" "Of course, Darling. Pass me my [annoying] rattley-thing." "Here you are, Love. What about your Tigers shirt?" "Tigers!? You're soooo last season, Honey. I'm Foxes now. Footy's my game now - We're top of the Premier thingy, you know. I was 10 yards away from Gary Lineker on Saturday. You know the chap off the Walkers advert with the beard." "Has that nice Gary Lineker got a beard already? I only saw the xxxx yesterday and he'd only got a bit of bumfluff." "Ya. Someone told me he used to play a bit. Spurs, I think." Perhaps Pulis is just a couple of players short of having a very good team at the Albion, with a very good ethic. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The trouble is, Tidy, that Pulis had all last summer to sort certain positions out, not least the fullback positions and attacking midfielder. Also, as Ska'd and others have alluded to, Pulis has been responsible for too many rubbish performances despite having a talented group of players at his disposal. We've proved we can play good football, so what's his excuse for sending us out be so poor? I really like the guy, but his management has seemed staggeringly bad at times. RE: Leicester vs WBA - Match Thread - Beefy 1965 - 03-03-2016 Anyone notice no even a mention or showing of that awful tackle on Sess on MOD last night ? mmmm RE: Leicester vs WBA - Match Thread - drewks - 03-03-2016 (03-03-2016, 19:29)Beefy 1965 Wrote: Anyone notice no even a mention or showing of that awful tackle on Sess on MOD last night ? mmmm Yeh - how very strange....NOT!! ![]() ![]() Another thing I thought was very noticable was GMac's complete lack of pace. Now I know that he was against Varadi, who is one of the fastest, and I also realise that we were trying to press higher up the pitch, thereby leaving more space behind for him (Varadi) to attack.......but GMac looked SOOOO slow!! That was the first time I've thought that his time is up; I'm a big fan of his but he really looked a liability to me ![]() RE: Leicester vs WBA - Match Thread - 4evaabaggie - 03-03-2016 (03-03-2016, 19:29)Beefy 1965 Wrote: Anyone notice no even a mention or showing of that awful tackle on Sess on MOD last night ? mmmm Biased media ...... DD ![]() ![]() After backing Leicester City to win the Premier League title at the start of the season at odds of 5000/1, Foxes fan Jon Pryke has cashed out his £20 bet for a substantial £29,000. City are three points clear at the table with two and a half months of the season remaining. DDThats interesting. "What would YOU do"? 5 points clear now with - is it 10 games to go? Think I would've held onto that ticket for a week or 2 more.......the way they're STILL playing suggests to me they'll keep it up. Has this guy blown 71k or made a very wise decision? He's £28980 better off, thats for sure ![]() ![]() |
