I've definitely got the sirloins out of the freezer for tomorrow and that shiraz should be just about right by then
I've also got the sausage, bacon and black pudding out ready for a Full English in the morning
PEI, I call it the cooler (not sure anyone else does) because I can pretend I'm Steve McQueen in the Great Escape in there if I want
especially when I'm hiding from the wife/kommandant

Suffice to say I don't keep my reds in the fridge
just a dark, cool room that resembles a pantry or larder, that I affectionately call 'the cooler' I also like to open them at least an hour before consumption What's your favourite anyway PEI ? I particularly like Rioja's but I'm also partial to a nice Cotes du Rhone

I like most Australian or south American reds. French reds naturally. There are some decent Canadian wines from B.C. but. we don't get a big selection here and they're expensive. I don't usually pay more than $20 per bottle. About 12 pounds. As I remember wines are a bit cheaper in Britain. I'm drinking an Ontario lager now. We're having curried salmon with boiled local potatoes and carrots.
