Express and Star reporting the deal is worth £3 million. Surly this can not be allowed by the authorities, the club should be shouting from the rafters about what is going on here.
Why are we not giving him the option to come back here, no monies have changed hands so I could and would argue he is still our player.

Just think about this for one moment .....
So Villa raided WBA academy staff in the summer. Louie Barry goes from WBA to Barcelona for £230k, Barca, who have yet to pay WBA for him are about to sell him to Villa for between 1.5m - 3.5m. Sounds to me like this whole affair was organised in this summer.
West Brom are ‘keen’ on bringing in Turkish internantional Emre Mor to the Hawthorns on loan.
His club, Celta Vigo, will recall him from Galatasary and this will allow the Baggies to approach the 22-year-old.

I'd like to see us signing more players on PERMANENT transfers rather than mostly on the loans that we seem to prefer these days (unless there's a guaranteed buy option in the conditions a la Periera).
I understand the 'try before you buy' aspect but really think that you also need absolute commitment from players, and I'm not sure that's what you get with a lot of loanees......

Absolutely agree Drewks.
Look how our form dipped last season once Leicester withdrew Harvey Barnes.
These loan situations are even more frequent at say league 1 and 2 level when most Clubs can't afford to 'get it wrong' when trying to strengthen their squads. Hence, they go for the temporary solution and are probably obliged to select the loanees to give them game time. Thus favouring them over members of their own squad.
Problem is in most instances they can be recalled at a moment's notice if the parent club so decrees. Thus leaving the Club high and dry.
Take players on loan by all means but, have an option to buy at seasons end if you can.

, I do wonder why Celta Vigo have loaned him out in the first place, and are ready to recall him from Galatasary to loan him out to us?It just seems like he could be a problem child rather than a professional footballer?
I could be wrong...?
And hope I am if we do sign him.

Emre Mor was a great talent when he was younger. He got his big move to Dortmund from Denmark and then an even bigger money move to Celta Vigo. Seems like he has fallen off a bit since then and didn’t play much last season for Celta Vigo. He has played 10 times in the league for Galatasaray so far, predominantly off the bench.
Considering his worth has dropped down in recent seasons, a move to us could help him find himself again. If he does have an attitude problem then I’m sure Slaven can spank it out of him very quickly.
He is left footed and can play on both wings which is a bonus for us.
