Alaves is a good loan move for Oli Burke. They have a good coach in Asier Garitano and a decent squad. They only have 1 right winger and 4 strikers so I imagine he’ll be used on the right wing in their 4141 formation.

I assume that based on the title, Boaz’s new job is to help the goalkeepers in our youth set-up make the transition to professional in the coming years.
He was a good servant for the club as a player and became part of the furniture like Brunt, Morrison, Olsson etc. Good luck to him in his new position.

Saul Shotton close to signing for the baggies per sky sports. 18 year old centre back from bury F.C.. Did not play in their promotion season last yr, but did play 4 times the previous year in league 1. One for the future if it happens, I think.

Apparently he was a Stoke academy player before they sold him on to Bury, so there must have been some early talent there. No reason not to take a punt now he's a free agent.

Albion have signed highly-rated teenage defender Saul Shotton.
The 18-year-old centre-back has penned a two-year contract with a further year’s option.
Saul, cousin of Middlesbrough defender Ryan Shotton, left Bury in August after the Shakers were expelled from the English Football League.
