I think the positive is the way we are defending and getting chances with this system ! we just need to shoot half the team in the summer and bring in another one to this system !!

Solid start by us then it was all them for 20-25 mins, but it was encouraging how we came back into the game for the last 10-15 mins, creating a few good chances. Our midfield 3 need to get stuck in more an they need to see the runs by the front 2 earlier!!

vennesas playing a blinder today and even jones is getting over a 6 in the ratings ? hes probably shitting himself with pussy waiting to take his spot ! palmer and fox are the worst wingbacks ive ever seen and thats were we are losing badly in this system i would bring on boyd and shuve reach as wingback on the left !!and obviously hunt for dogshit that might be the best change rather than bringing bob on or matiass for a striker swap !!

Jones has done ok so far but I think we need a bit more steel in the midfield 3 alongside him. Agree about Fox and Palmer, neither get forward that well so we end up playing more 532 rather than 352. As you say, Hunt on for Palmer for sure, then lets see where that gets us.

Actually I'd like to see Matias up front with Joao. He has more pace to get past the defenders or draw fouls and they played together at Nacional so should have some understanding.
