Winnall was already a good player as is Rhodes. The problem with them is that we don't play to the strengths of our forwards and put early balls into the box for them. Yes, spot on!! He was also number 4 or 5 in the pecking orders at the time as well, which I think most of us would have agreed with, so letting him out on loan with no option to buy was actually a good piece of business potentially.

Good win and decent performance. Maybe the best thing about tonight wasn't the win or the performance but that Rhodes got a goal!!! Lets hope that kick starts his season because he played well tonight and that has to have given his confidence a boost!!

If he starts on Satdi then I'd say yes but I've played for managers that just won't give you a chance and it is soul destroying.

I suppose that depends on why he was in the team tonight. I am hoping he was given the chance because Fletcher was not playing that well rather than just to give Fletcher a rest!! Rhodes did enough to keep his place tonight, lets hope Carlos sees it the same way!!
