look paignton.... you can't possibly care about our servicemen unless you have them abseiling off the roof of your stadium,a huge massive GUN on the park,a manager clowning around with their hats,or sticking an extra quid on the price of a program to fund their 'donation'.
It's nauseating and tasteless. Thats why no other club allows it.

You do realise it's the troops themselves who organise and orchestrate what they do on the day, don't you? I mean, you must do since you follow everything else at Ibrox so closely.
I don't really get what your problem is with this unless it's just that you hate the British Armed Forces, in which case you should probably discuss that with your mate up there. And where has anyone ever said anything about the Forces being claimed as some sort of 'Rangers exclusive' except by you two right here? You should check out the list of business that have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and thereby pledge to support, fundraise and participate in or organise events in support of the Forces.
Your point of view seems to be that if it was an event supporting, say, people with Down's Syndrome, if every other football club in Scotland isn't doing it, it would be "nauseating".

I certainly don't hate the armed forces, I used to belong to them, I'm actually very proud to have been a serving member of the armed forces,but you know exactly where I'm coming from wi' the OTT publicity that suggests that they are the club of the armed forces and the only club that cares. Hibs give tickets to the armed forces as well as local kids and organisations that support folk less fortunate than ourselves but I would suggest they do it wi' a bit more class than rangers

I'm assuming it requires the clubs permission to have their stadia turned into a military theme park for the afternoon? If so then aye i haven't seen any other club allow that never mind sign that 'covenant'.
All the clubs in scotland assist in supporting our servicemen past and present in some form or other, yet none of them feel the need to revel in it to the extremes that rangers do. We all know the motivation behind it so lets not play possum on that score.
Your last paragraph is just so daft it defies belief by the way. Seriously,catch a grip.

The decider was from a brilliant free-kick, which was given for the foul that never was. It was one of those refereeing errors, which if given for us, we would always take. Win some, lose some. comedy gold Warbiola a rage filled mess again at the final whistle. castigating the ref over a 'big call' of a free kick waaaay out. Gotta love how he says he is always respectful to the referees minutes after swearing in their faces like a thug.
Then saying how he doesn't want to be misquoted.... while being filmed on tv.
going on about bedding in players like he is the only manager to have to do that. He really needs a career change before he does himself an injury. Maybe back to city trading ?
