Hello fellow baggies did i or did I not say we would get points where we least expect to. Smile All the pundits and my Tottenham football guru at work had us down to lose so I quietly went out to wash the car and let it all unfold without a care in the world and hey presto. Yet some here still criticise. tut tut shame on you. WE WON so get down your locals and grab your favourite tipples and just enjoy the blooming night for once Wink Cant wait for the game on SSN tonight personally Big Grin

Anyone (Bet Skad has) any stats on our win percentage when taking fans on free away travel Whistle

No stats to hand, but we do really well. I think we've only lost a couple in about twelve years, and have won most of the rest.

I really like and rate Morrison, but maybe he and his pals ought to pay more more attention to winning certain other games we've fluffed this season so we can go to places like Palace unafraid and not lacking confidence. The strikers especially can't afford to keep missing sitters.

Tbf I don't remember any particularly easy chances against Leicester (because we created so little).

The ray of hope is that Palace mainly do their damage on the counter and them countering would rely on us attacking, and we'll probably sit back so hopefully Palace will struggle to break us down, and we can nick a winner at some point.

Just thought I should repost it.

Myhill and the centre backs dealt with the aerial threat very well, the full backs tried their best and the wingers protected them well and showed quality at times going forward.

Yacob was excellent shielding the defence and Fletcher helped him well.

The front 2 didn't see much of the ball but they did their jobs when it went up there.

Everyone did quite well, great win and clean sheet, something beautiful about a smash and grab.

Out free travel stats are really scary.

I think out of about 12 we have lost 1, won about 8 and drawn 3 (at a guesstimate)

Just goes to show:-

1) We can play like Chelsea
2) We can win like Chelsea.

If only we had some of Chelsea's money!
