Hear hear all of you above. I've said all along TP was a very astute appointment, as much as I detested him at Stoke, but as previously mentioned that's because he was nearly always on the wining side for them against us. Bar one occasion I remember 2-1 Dorrans winner
couple of years back. Also for those against him I'm still waiting to hear an alternative name that was out there looking for a job with prem or other sufficient experience that would have been better than TP. Final thought for now. Does anyone believe a guy can be lucky? 
I do think TP seems to have that bit of luck factor as well. I remember a few occasions where Stoke got that lucky break against us like the 1-0 loss that had 0-0 (cliche) written all over it, then there was a goalie error in the dying minute and they nicked it. I'd like to see us get that luck and maybe i'll become a believer lol

A WBA mate said it was the Pulis of Stoke rather than of Crystal Palace, he was less than impressed with the quality sort of made Joe Royle`s Everton look like Total Football
Early days yet, get them playing as a team, raise confidence in the squad and the dressing room, a succesful transfer window and continue the winning steak might yet see a more flowing side, good win anyway and pleased for Anichebe.

Early days indeed and I think we probably will see more of a Stoke Pulis for now Until TP stops the rot and as he said himself gets a better balanced team. He has recognised this and is attempting to get players in to address it. This is why I'm glad he's on board he's proactive not reactive which we were seeing with Clarke and Irvine. Hopefully once confidence is back and the team is balanced with the right players we will see slicker football but I think for now we have to take the wins and draws as a bonus and hope it gets a bit prettier to watch in time. That said we were playing a championship side and they were probably getting stuck in which makes it hard to play the free flowing stuff and sometimes you need to match those kind of teams with a grittier less attractive performance. Time will tell but for now as mentioned before 3 wins 2 draws 0 loses and into the final 16 first time in 5 years with all the big teams out this could be exciting

Surely after Saturday's hard fought win, and two shots on goal, we will not be called on to have another hard team to beat - Bradford City?
Surely we deserve a fairly easy drawn game, and not ne of the remaining 'big' boys to get in the last 8.
We shall see at 7.20 pm.
