Blunts losing

Blunts winning

Pigs win leaving us 3pts and goals adrift

Now you see the difference those robbed points would make..
It's intentional by the EFL. Offside goals and extremely dubious handball penalties. Laugh

There's a general consensus among Boro fans that Lumley is nicknamed 'Clumsley' and can't catch anything.

Sounds like he'll fit right in as whore bath's replacement.

Im shocked I really am ffs .

If politicians who are supposedly in the head lights get away with litterly murder ! Why can't anyone grasp that football is rife with f@cking corruption..where there is money the stench of corruption in the air vents simple !

RE: Thread to talk about football and wednesday in general - Statesideowl - 27-10-2025

Its remarkable that some folk genuinely believe "it couldn't happen here" when suggesting there's corruption within English football.

Like you say, where there's vast amounts of money, there's corruption. Corruption also being one of the pillars of our fine British elite. Laugh

A good watch/listen - the Wednesday Week interview with Kris Winfield (who I think did this from his holiday location this week)

Major sensible bidders unknown at this time since they are expressing interest though the big accountancy firms until NDAs are signed and in place.

IMO these ‘unknowns’ are more likely ultimate owners than anyone who currently has their name out in press/rumors

Quarter finals in the shit poo cup and only Cardiff remain as an outsider from.the pub league ...note no championship teams are in it as they have better things to concentrate on like survival of the championship or getting that big money through promotion. All the rest are the usual suspects half arsed premiership clubs like Brentford and Fulham who this is there season and the top of the pops big guns who have bought there way to success without having to suffer regulations like Arsenal Man city and others !
What a complete waste of time this competition is and it may as well be dropped to help the championship teams actually accomplish there soul mission which is reach the money stakes .
